Outsourcing

When you need work done that you don't have time to do or is outside your area of expertise, outsourcing is a great way to get it done.

For one-time projects, large or small, you can often get work done very inexpensively through sites like Rent A Coder, Script Lance, Elance, etc. With hundreds of people bidding against each other for the job, you'll often find someone who does high quality work at a very low price.

For longer term work, you can find your own outsourced workers through a site like Craig's List, or go through an outsourcing company like Agents of Value or Workaholics for Hire.
