Advertising
Some internet marketers shy away from paid advertising, fearing to spend too much money on it. But as long as it's bringing in more revenue than it costs, there's no reason not to do it.
Before you spend a lot on advertising, try smaller tests. Make sure you can track your results and verify whether your ads are profitable. If they are, ramp up you ad campaigns. Always continue tracking to ensure that changing conditions haven't made a once-profitable campaign unprofitable.
If you've structured your business properly, once you've acquired a customer, you'll be able to continue to sell them additional products without having to spend any more on advertising to bring them back.
If this is the case, you can afford to break even or perhaps even lose money to acquire new customers, because you'll make a profit in the longer term. Just be sure you have a solid "back end" business in place before you ramp up an ad campaign that loses money up front.
