Case Study: Using Google Trends to Drive Massive Traffic

I’ve just posted a new case study video to YouTube showing how I’m using data from Google Trends to drive thousands of hits per day to one of my websites. Watch it below:
The day after I took the Google Analytics screenshots, the traffic spiked even higher to 6,470 page views, and as of yesterday, the top pulling page had gotten 7,584 pageviews in just 4 days.

Hi Antone,
Thanks for the video…got some good info. Its difficult monetizing untargetted traffic…eg traffic based on trends,stumbleupon traffic etc…Thanks for the info…

Wow..great info! I’m going to implement the ideas from the video and I’ll report the results on my blog. This might take me a of couple weeks, but like Arnold says “I’ll be back”. ;)

Update: As of last night, my site has gotten 311,647 organic clicks from Google over the last month, and that number increases daily.

Boy, all this time I’ve been relying on eBay’s Pulse for my data. Looks like Google Trends provides much more useful data for getting organic traffic. Good stuff. Keep up the good work.

Great Article.
I want to increase traffic to my website but in more correct way. Not using Google trends. This is short term way of getting traffic.
